The story

A media and production company started with no plan and no clients. I had a phone, a list of numbers, and enough stubbornness to keep dialling after the first hundred people said no. A few months in, the first commercial client signed. That client turned into referrals, and the referrals never really stopped.

A business coach came next, then a first office in Lier. Structure changed the shape of the thing. What had been one person with a camera and a phone started behaving like a company, and the client list moved from local to national, then international.

Weddings became a serious line of business, run with a rotating team of freelancers and student workers. Managing creatives on live, unrepeatable events taught me something no course does: how to keep a promise when there is no second take.

The reach came from doing things nobody sensible would do. We painted a stranger as the Joker for a shoot. We handed out chocolate eggs in a tuxedo and bunny ears at Easter. Absurd on purpose, filmed properly, and it scaled a TikTok channel fast and got us into the press. We wound the agency down collectively in June 2023, and the car photography branch carried on as its own company.
